Indispensible for clear vision on and off the slope: uvex lenses are designed for the most exacting requirements of winter sports.  The injected decentered quality class 1 lenses (per EN 174) provide an absolutely distortion-free vision.  Made of extremely durable polycarbonate, the lenses withstand temperatures of up to -40 °C without their mechanical strength being affected. The front side has a highly scratch-resistant coating, the back side improves visibility through the unique uvex supravsion® anti-fog coating. The UV absorbs directly embedded in the raw material filter UV radiation of up to 400 nm with 100% effectiveness.

*"S" Value is an internationally recognized standard that classifies optical lenses according to the amount of light transmitted by the lens.  This is a useful measure to compare lenses and identify appropriate uses. 

0=80 to 100% (virtually clear for debris and wind protection)
1=43 to 80% (for normal cloudy to partly cloudy conditions)
2=18 to 43% (for normal sunny to partly sunny conditions)
3=8 to 18% (for full sun)
